The keys are not $1. This is a "pay what you want" not "pay the minimum to essentially get all games for $1".

the saint's row key that comes with this bundle is a separate key from the rest of the games.
Bought 2, $5.40 each, even though I owned almost all of them. Gonna play with a friend.
