I am surprised that the 360 will get the DLC for free. I thought MS would ask people to pay 10 dollars for it. Wait, maybe the next DLC on 360 will cost $15, or they might increase the cost of XBL again.

The clothing is very minor DLC.

Multiple developers and microsoft has confirmed it.
Valve even said themselves the main reason they never bothered bringing TF2 content to the Xbox was because Microsoft would only let them release one free class update.

I hope this DLC (Or any DLC for that matter) adds a new singleplayer story, even if it's just a short one. Maybe from the perspective of Doug Rattmann

I hope Valve goes crazy with the advanced chambers.

I assume this is going to be a patch for the consoles, because they are adding leaderboards and challange mode aswell.

It's odd to me how people actually questioned whether or not the DLC would be free. Valve has never made people pay for new content (apart from the Xbox of course, which is MS's problem anyway) so there's nothing to suggest that this one would be any different.
Also, ingame stores don't count as DLC.
