Okay, write up a perfect system of checks and balances that not only stop wealth disparity but make it so everyone follows the rules and there are no loopholes in the laws ever. And make it so that the judiciary, legislative, executive, military sectors all perform efficiently while not being able to influence eachother negatively. And FYI, to enforce the above ideals you'd have to make it so that people can't vote to change them, because then it would morph slowly from democracy, because things always change. And by making it so people can't vote to change a democracy to something else means that it's no longer a democracy. See where I'm trying to go with this? Your "perfect system" is impossible.
