Milwaukee has an extremely sharp racial divide in certain areas, if you look at the census data, and having lived there and being familiar with the city I find this entirely plausible. There are a couple, dunno what you'd call 'em, "enclaves" that are very hostile (with regards to every race involved), and sometimes have violence spill out to other areas. Which is sad, because the rest of the city is pretty chill.

It is easy to tell where the whites and blacks live having been there many times. Basically from Marquette University west is the ghetto. The suburbs are where all the whites live which is like most big cities.

My posts never really were directly related to the topic, i replied about the police doing nothing in the fear of being called racist. It's true that i don't live in USA nor do i know much about the social issues there, but from my perspective people use Racism Card a lot. And i have seen and read about police being called racist when arresting Blacks, not so much when arresting Whites.

and i didn't dismiss him because he's finnish, i dismissed him because it was obvious that he A, didn't know what he was talking about and B, didn't experience it either.

Yeah, police definitely don't arrest black people cause cause of political correctness. They never arrest them for crimes at all.
Like thisispain said the police are racist. Not really due to some racist conspiracy by police, but due to blacks are criminals stereotype held by America, even amongst blacks themselves, they tend to stop black people for looking "shady," treat them like they're dangerous more often, use disproportionate force, pull them over more, search them for contraband for reasons, etc. This drives up the black to white prisoner ratio and gives another "justification" for the stereotype.
You'll always see idiots point out that because blacks are disproportionately represented in prison that means that it's because they're black.
