itunes =/= support
you're gonna have to provide some evidence to back up this statement inb4 artists don't get money from sales because of the record labels because there are definitely no smaller labels which are more fair nor are there any indie artists on itunes herp
kind of fucking stupid that they make you re-buy your music even after a hardware failure or something. I restored my laptop some months ago and they STILL won't let me re-download Up, District 19, or the Planet Earth series that I bought and are telling me that "It seems you have already bought this, would you like to buy it again?" no you retard let me re-download it I already paid for it "WE CAN'T DO THAT SORRY GIVE US MORE OF YOUR MONEY".
Instead of rage like a child, you could email them about it. Some guy on the other end of the line presses a button and voila iTunes starts downloading everything.
Oh man this pissed me off to no end. I payed for the Resident Evil, Star Trek, and Avatar Itune movies for my itouch, accidentally deleted them, and found out I couldn't redownload them even though they were in my purchase history. I was so fuckin' pissed. I wanted to see some hot zombie action.
so natural that hardly any other digital music provider has it
Amazon has it. Zune has it. Rhapsody has it. Amiestreet had it (website shut down). I can keep going. Almost every digital music supplier has the option to redownload.
Wait so does this mean I'll be able to re-d/l all the stuff I already bought and lost?
And this is why I buy CDs retail.
Wait, they don't do this already? This is why I shoplift my CD's from Walmart, no DRM AND less of a penalty then if I get caught pirating them over the internet.
this is why you buy from stores other than itunes 2 dollars a song, go fuck yourself apple
I don't mind digital....but I also don't want a bloated piece of shit. Winamp mother fuckers, Winamp. And if you don't have then get Qmmp(Linux).
this is why you buy from stores other than itunes 2 dollars a song, go fuck yourself apple
The only reason I buy straight from the iTunes store is because it's all streamlined.
Haha, who uses iTunes to buy music, let alone as an actual music player.
Apple shouldn have done such basic task long ago. Hopefully, they'll also make a feature that lets iPod/iPhone owners know which apps they already own.
Apple shouldn have done such basic task long ago. Hopefully, they'll also make a feature that lets iPod/iPhone owners know which apps they already own.
That's already in place. Apps that you have installed previously have INSTALL instead of Buy.
Is that a recent change, because I don't recall seeing that a few month ago. It would still be nice if there is a way to list all purchased apps.
And this is why I buy CDs retail.
Yeah, I've never had a CD tell me I can only rip it once. And you get a tangible object with artwork and liner notes, so much more for your money. Buying music digitally is a massive ripoff.
Why don't they just take it to the cloud like what Sony's doing with the PS3?
Unless they get rid of that dumbass 5 computer limit to the DRM they've kept on their music despite claiming to have gotten rid of it, this is going to be somewhat useless, either that or implementing features it should have had from the beginning.
