As in, not an opinion column from the Sun saying "bloody Muslims demanding we take our flags down" but an actual report stating "Muslims have complained about English flags in pubs!". The story you're thinking of were police recommendations to remove [i]all[/i] flags and football related things from pubs to reduce clashes between supporters. It was never at any point mandatory and had nothing to do with Muslims.
