Most people in the US agree that gun control or at least criminal reform is necessary, we disagree on what method to implement. Gun control advocates have a very narrow playbook of 'ban assault weapons', 'universal background checks', 'no high capacity magazines', and 'ban everything like australia', and IMO those are all crap answers to a complex question.
Like I've said in other threads, I would happily give up all my guns if it meant the elimination of all gun crime in the US. But I won't accept giving up all my guns if it leads to minimal change in homicide rates, and then I get burgled or mugged a month later by someone who knows I'm unarmed. There are better ways.

Cartels already work pretty deep in the USA. So easier to get and probably cheaper if its IN country. Im specifically talking about ISIS members working in the USA right now, citizens or otherwise. Not ISIS from other places.
This was just shit I heard, to me it just sounds logical, but I have nothing to prove it.
Also, I could easily see US law enforcement, cia, fbi, whatever, who deal with cartels and informants regularly already, asking those to purposely work for ISIS, so they can inform the USA and get them much easier. This type of shit happens even at low tier drug rings on the streets. Working with criminals to catch more serious criminals(at least to the USA, the cartels are pretty much as bad as ISIS in Mexico)
