Theres a certain amount of pride a lot of us put in the flag, I have a history of people in my family coming over here, fighting and sometimes dying for the country, and working hard here, so it seems a bit disrespectful that the kiddo did it, but all they had to do was explain why he might want to respect it for what it symbolizes, not suspend him over getting it wet.
