According to the swedish article I read the horse meat came from a supplier that said it was beef and apparantly findus didn't know anything about no horse meat. I don't really see the advantage in buying horse meat either so I don't think they're lying. Still tasty though.

Also, apparantly more companies than findus may have had this problem with the same supplier.
I went into my fridge the other day to see if my two lasagnes were off, since I had bought them a few month back- but no, theyyy weeeeeeerrreee OFF!

They have, the Food Standards Agency have given all UK firms one week to test every single processed beef product to see who is or isn't "contaminated"
