And if it happened to me and I sued, I would regard the guy who made a fake facebook profile for me a "loser fag who got his mommy to pay up for my lawsuit against him"
And you would be recommended to have some pretty good health insurance the next day
Well I sure to hell hope he lose the case because if no harm was intended they should not get any charges.
People need to remember that it is a crime to impersonate another individual to harm their character and credibility.
Ha, I remember some kids in my school did that same shit.
I think the page is still up too.

That was pretty epic, if the one they made is that good then they certainly don't deserve to be sued.
I have like a dozen of these things setup with the help of my friends. I am now very much interested in the outcome of this case...

I agree that stuff like this should be stopped but money won't help him get his reputation back.
You want
50,000$
For unspecified damages
What, need to get him a complete re-face work and name change, moving out of state or something?
-nevermind-
I somebody faked me an Facebook account I would totally sue their asses.
Not that I would really care, but I would get some easy money from them.
I did this to a kid 4 years ago with myspace, except i didnt add many friends cause i didnt even know anybody at my school cause i hate p much all of them.
about a week later counselors went class to class to say that someone had this happen to them and if the person was caught then they'd be in big trouble.
I never said anything :smug:
It's happened to me before. I never use things like Facebook/Myspace so it's easy for anyone who knows me to set one up in my name.
They made me black once

You still need intent that you wanted to harm their character and credibility. If you did it as a joke and had no intent of harming their character and credibility then its in the air if you broke the law. Mist people would say no as long as they can prove it was only a joke.
I can't help but say boo hoo...if it's that bad then the kids friends are idiots for not realizing it's BS
hmm....thats ID theft so I agree with him being sued
troll got what was comming to him
:owned:
Haha who cares if the kid wasn't such a pussy he could take it.
It's been done to me many times, like I care
EDIT: Is someone disagreeing that it has happened before? Thanks
Who the fuck would want to impersonate you? You're a nobody
