We are talking about ISPs here. The same people that are starting to roll out data caps, raising prices for those data caps, false advertising, slow ass speeds, setting up monopolies in areas where you only have one choice, and actually making unlimited internet plans crazy expensive. ISPs are more then likely ready to sell our information right this second.
