It's a bit strange to me. Without Europe the US would not have the power it has now (and probably the other way around too). I'm extremely xenophobic and I do not trust foreigners or their values. Although, I do recognize the problems in the United States and acknowledge what other countries are doing correctly. Also, I don't want to poop into a porcelain hole in the ground. Thanks, and have fun.

Personally, I love Europe. It's got a richer history than we do here, and the scenery is beautiful. I really want to see it for myself some day. Unfortunately, it seems like a good portion of this country is so blindly xenophobic and nationalist that anything not American is evil and bad.

As for the history, the USA at least just isn't very old.

We also don't have trailerparks and slums are not that big of a problem, even in the biggest cities, compared to what I saw in Chicago and especially downtown San Francisco I am pretty damn lucky to be born in the German Democratic Republic, proud part of the UdssR, (Federal Republic of Germany nowadays) :d Serious: My parents experienced TRUE socialism and trust me, it's not fun.

Seems like you're fucked if you slip and get your foot wedged in there. I don't understand why people prefer it, but i guess the no contact thing is a big deal.

I might be wrong or late but isn't squatting naturably more comfortable because that's what we did a few thousand years ago when we were hunter gatherers running around in the forests?
