Thefts and the like, a metric fuck ton of community service, and paying back 5 times the amount you stole, or attempted to steal. Cold blooded pre meditated murder or rape, with no possible or justifiable reason, broken bones that aren't allowed to heal properly and solitary, you will leave the prison as a broken husk of a human being, or you won't leave at all and will die in your cell, we'd have to wait and see what happens.

And one of two things will happen, either murders will drop severely or, a new breed of killer will be born, and they will be incredibly well versed in forensic practices.
