It isn't too difficult to get though it would appear. I killed myself using the console in a lazy man's effort to see what it looked like on, only to pick up another one of them just by doing that!
I lost my dead ringer even though I earned it from the spy milestone achievement.
If it's going to delete my items, at least give me a cheatdetector as retribution. :mad:

Oh well, only lost the items I got after randoms were introduced. Still have my nice achievement weapons.
One nice thing about them forcing the cheat detector item into my backpack, it fixed my glitched bonk (and duplicated my huntsman)

I personally think the whole thing is stupid. I never used that "Out of game idle" program, so i didn't lose anything and i got a stupid hat.
Why do i think this is stupid? Because instead of fixing the game, fixing current issues and improving the game they're fucking about fixing something that isn't even a problem. Woopie someone idled to get a hat, who cares it doesn't change or effect game play. And another thing, if they didn't have such a ridiculous drop system or have a ridiculous drop rate people wouldn't have to do this.
Valve pretty much fucked themselves big time, they added a stupid drop system - in return people didn't want to play a game for a ridiculous time period to get a hat so they resulted to idling. Then they create a system that punishes players for practically doing nothing (lolpun doing nothing? idling? lol). Then they piss off more people. That percent that idled wasn't even that big, and it really had no effect on the game what so ever.

Imagine a hat that says "I CHEATED THE ITEM SYSTEM" that the player is forced to wear.
They took some stuff that wasn't from idling; they took the cloak and dagger, and dead ringer I got from achievements.
