If somebody dies doing something monumentally retarded and we find it hilarious, I think that's our brain going "hahaha holy shit please don't ever do that." Plus we're capable of a whole cacophony of complex emotions simultaneously, you can laugh at him for his stupidity, be angry at him for traumatizing everyone, and at the same time feel remorse that he died.

You can't go swimming in any natural large body of water aside from the ocean without having to worry about them. And in the oceans there are sharks. Don't come to Florida.

Don't come to Florida.[/QUOTE] Honestly, Gators are the least of your worries in any natural large body of water besides the ocean(or somewhere like the Indian River Lagoon), water snakes have more fatal bites than alligators per year in Florida. Then you have things like flesh-eating bacteria or brain-eating amoeba, which also have killed people more recently and frequently than Alligators have. Of course, that isn't to say that you should jump into an Alligator(although, Gators are pretty chill if you don't fuck with 'em) infested lake, I'm just saying swimming in freshwater in Florida is just an overall bad idea.
