By neatly sidestepping any bad thing Trump ever did.

Pence won with regards to optics which is probably the only thing that matters (see: immediate post-debate polls) but the media is going to have a field day cutting Pence denying Trump remarks into compilations of Trump absolutely making those some remarks.
I can't lie, based on the debate pence seemed the most... Reasonable of the bunch(yes I know he's equally as mad as the rest of them). If he keeps up a good face then it could easily keep trump in the game.
Pence is exactly the kind of snivelling kissass that the trump voterbase needs to champion their ideals, I can see nothing but more heels dug in from this
Enjoy your new governor then, Pence is going to the White House
Pence is a dangerous asshole and the fact that you support him indicates that you literally dont care about the vast swathes of the American population that he's actively trying to strip rights from.
Trump supporters should just drop the pretense of caring about anyone or anything besides their short term financial interests.

Guns are more important then minorities after all, right?
all I heard was pence not actually answering any questions, but rather sidestepping the questions and giving answers to y and z rather than x.
how anyone can think he won the debate is beyond me. Kaine wasn't much better than Pence performance wise (it was like 2 children for most of it) but Kaine seemed to actually answer the questions he was given.
People think Pence won because they already made up their mind about who would win prior to the debate. This entire election cycle is filled with dishonesty, pandering, and blind fanaticism. This election cycle is going to be a stain on the collective american psyche for decades to come.

Shame the debate moderator didn't ask all the right questions, I don't think Pence would be so popular then. Pence is an old-school Christian Conservative, "homosexuality is a sin, we should ban sodomy" kind of guy. He supports legislation that would make it legal to discriminate against LGBT persons, and I'm really disappointed the moderator didn't bring that up.

Trump isn't the kind of guy you want to turn to for gun rights. Very early in his campaign it seemed like it, but more recently he's been against them. He even stated that one goal of his "stop and frisk" policy is to disarm people.

illegal minorities, yes. the last thing i want or need for anyone is some illegal immigrant approach them at night or at their house and someone be unable to defend themselves with a ccw or shotgun behind the door, as joe says.

It isn't the media but the Clinton campaign already have an ad up about it

spicy video there, i wonder if trump will fire back with kaine going apeshit on the taxes.
wouldn't it be something if this caused future elections to just be meme wars.
No, they're both truly horribly awful. One's a career politician that will do everything in her power to assfuck half the constitution, the other's a psychotic lunatic that will probably end up finding out first-hand how MAD works.
I don't want either of them. I don't think either of them are qualified to lead.
Name any of Clinton's policies that threaten Constitutional freedoms. I'll even give you a freeby with her policies regarding firearms. Go on, though, please. Inform me all the other ways she has expressed a desire to "assfuck half the Constitution?"
Because I can do that with Trump. Quite easily. On and on, down the list. 1st, 4th, 5th, 6th. 7th, 8th and 14th amendments. Hell, even the 2nd, depending on how you classify his gun restrictions without due process for those on watchlists.
InfoWars. Breitbart. or /pol/.
Answered your own question there mate.
Never forget that under Pence Indiana passed the "Religious Freedom Restoration Act" which essentially allowed business owners to legally discriminate against LGBTs because "I believe it's against my religion". Upon receiving massive backlash from around the state, even from Republican's, Pence's only response was that he was "surprised at the reaction".
He's still full of shit, he's just really good at putting on airs.

Kaine seemed like he was having a good time there. Honestly, not a bad way to go about the whole thing, someone needs to go on the offensive against the Trump campaign after all. Pence should be able to adequately defend his running mate, if he can't even do that properly it doesn't really make it look like he's fully behind them after all.
-snip doesn't matter-
With almost all of the media on Clinton's side, I wonder how people manage to be this misinformed against Hillary.
InfoWars? Breitbart? or /pol/? How do people manage to come up with such paranoid claims here? "assfuck half the constituiton" ridicilous.
You just listed every alt-right news source because they're all giant hugboxes for their shitty ideals.

Because a lot of the media is for Hillary, people lose trust in what they say, and look for other sources. Some of those sources include the hug boxes you listed
