There is alot more pressure and expectation to succeed in an Asian family than in your average Caucasian home. The difference is really quite shocking, but interesting.

Tone down the bans on racism so people are allowed to make jokes and express opinions regarding race as long as they aren't hateful or demeaning in a serious manner. Ban away when people are actually serious in a discriminate belief, and deal with people who are serious about their discriminate beliefs equally and not just regarding skin color.
