That would only make any sense if you had a sport involving balls which didn't involve being on foot and you needed to differentiate between the two e.g. airball (playing with a ball in flight) or horseball (playing with a ball on horseback), but you don't. Given that being on foot is pretty much the normal state of being for humans I don't see why it's necessary to put foot in there.
