And pretty much no hope of it coming to PC. After all, Microsoft thinks Spartan Assault was an acceptable offering for PC. Don't get me wrong it seemed kinda alright, but it wasn't exactly the Halo experience we were truly after.
The best we can hope for from them is a 720p/30fps/narrow FoV port of Halo Wars, which would probably play better on PC since it's an RTS, but again not the Halo we want for PC.

The way I see it, the chances of Kelly or the other Spartan II's even being [I]acknowledged[/I], let alone put in this game, are astronomical at best.
i hate this "it's okay to spoil it because its old!" bullshit so much, a lot of stuff i've been interested in and haven't had the time to watch/play/read yet has been spoiled because some guy couldn't take 10 seconds to write spoiler tags
maybe people haven't had the time or the money or have had bigger things to think about or maybe they have only recently gotten interested in the old thing
there's absolutely no downside to spoiler tagging it, so be polite and just take the extra few seconds to tag it and you can avoid all this pointless shit

1. It's only been a year and few months since the game has released so there is still people getting it to this day, and it hasn't really gone on sales much either
2.Halo 3 is like 7 years old and since it was with Games for Gold, people have gotten interested in it, and might start to play Halo 4 for the first time and continue on with the other Halo's they haven't gotten to expirence

The spartan at the top may be to represent the player as I wouldn't be surprised if they did the campaign thing with reach with the player playing as their own spartan in the story.

Did you know it's been scientifically proven that most of the time people actually enjoy a story more once it's been 'spoiled' for them? People nowadays need to get their heads out of their asses about spoilers and just FUCKING ENJOY the content. Quit worrying about it.
