I don't care for either, just as long as my favorite companies are making my parts and my games I couldn't care what war is going on.
Like mentioned before, the last time I ever played on the Wii was SSBB. They should actually give me a reason to plug it back in rather then some 3rd person shooters with quicktime events.
the Wii hasn't had a good game since Brawl came out
Brawl was average. Too much time was spent on that horrible story mode instead of refining multiplayer. Also worst stage builder ever.
A somewhat OK music player? iPods are the most over priced music players out there; the only thing coming close being the Zune HD
Fixed [editline]12:56PM[/editline] I prefer Archos over Apple. Apple just mass produces shit to make money to pay for Steve Jobs's cancer treatments. he can pay for that with his own damned money not ours.
Nintendo has to stop with the cheap gimmicks and be a video-game pioneer again. [editline]02:26AM[/editline] TailsPrower speaks the truth. Lately even the big name games like Pokemon and The Legend of Zelda haven't done anything to really improve. I mean think about it. SNES - revolutionary Nintendo 64 - revolutionary Gameboy - revolutionary Pokemon - revolutionary Wii - not revolutionary
but it works so why should they stop [editline]01:17PM[/editline]
I'm still waiting for my console pokemon game
if you're waiting for a rpg pokemon on console, forget it.
:bandwagon:
I haven't bought a Nintendo product in three years and I've never purchased an Apple product ever. The last Nintendo console I bought was my Gamecube back in 2003 and my last Nintendo handheld was my DS Lite in 2007 (which I've used about a total of five times.) Last game was Diamond for my DS Lite the same year. Nintendo used to be good. It's unfortunate, really. Just about the only things I do Nintendo-related these days are just SSBM and Metroid Prime.
Once you have sold a wii to everyone on the planet, of course profits are going to drop...
Once you have sold a wii to everyone on the planet, of course profits are going to drop...
I don't have a Wii and I don't plan on ever buying one.
I am excited for The Conduit 2 on the Wii
Nintendo and Apple products look very similar now.
I don't give two shits about either. I like the iPhone, it's handy, especially for organizing (i organize a lot). But the iPad and shit is just milking it and absolutely ridiculous. I loved the Gameboy and the N64, but both Gamecube and the Wii and shit can be fucking obliterated in my opinion. I hate Zelda, I don't like FF, and mario was only great on the N64 etc. The newer products of Nintendo are fucking shit and should fuck off completely. Personally, I hope they crash eachother down to senses and only publish proper shit. Still, if I had to pick, Apple should stay. Macintosh is a great platform for graphical design, which is really really important in todays marketing.
iPhone and iPod are not meant to be gaming devices.
They werent but now they are.
Games just aren't that interesting or amazing anymore. Back in the day, a lot of games used new, really innovative graphics, gameplay and technology. At this point, it all feels done before somewhere.
Games just aren't that interesting or amazing anymore. Back in the day, a lot of games used new, really innovative graphics, gameplay and technology. At this point, it all feels done before somewhere.
same could be said about music(kind of).
Wii would like to sue. ohoh see what I did?
Well, I never liked Nintendo IMHO, so I'm up with Apple.
Nintendo all the way
I vote for Nintendo. Apple didn't influence my tastes in games at all, just gave me music when I'm not at home.
A somewhat OK music player? iPods are possibly the best music players out there; the only thing coming close being the Zune HD
Ipods are OK at best, they're actual quality as a music player is pretty not great, the zune gets higher quality music and it's made of way higher quality materials. Pretty much all the ipod has is gimmicky applications, so it's ironically in the same category as nintendo these days. Still, I'd way sooner be behind nintendo that employee-torturing nazi company.
I dislike Nintendo, but I despise Apple. Go Nintendo.
Nintendo has been with me all my life, Apple, not so much. I use my iPod, but I've played a lot more Gamecube, SNES, N64.
