The thing is you're mixing common pharmaceutical medicine with other dangerous chemicals and see what sticks. Long term addiction causes necrosis, not just a one time thing and to try to get off that drug means going through a very painful withdrawal phrase for at least several months. Yeah you could make it properly in a lab, but it's homemade for a reason: krokodil addicts are too poor to buy heroin while buying common medicine is no problem. Making it in a lab and profiting from it defeats the purpose of the drug itself.
Sometimes they're not even too poor, they just live too far out to have a steady hook for smack, and entire junkie communities turns to this, practically hustling for money, buying ingredient, cooking up and then get high and repeat all that shit in two hours when the incredibly short high wears of.
Then your limbs start rotting off.

Uhh, what?
Poorly synthesized Desomorphine (Krokodil or Crocodile) is necrotic because no steps are typically taken by the clandestine chemist (who is most likely going through withdrawals while he cooks the stuff) to purify his end product, leaving large amounts of red phosphorous and various metals as well as other ingredients present in the codeine pills such as Diphenhydramine (Benadryl), Acetominophen (Tylenol), etc in the final product, which is then immediately injected. What happens to human flesh that has red phosphorous injected into it? It becomes necrotic. You can get necrosis from a one time thing too, because every time you inject this mixture of random, corrosive chemicals you're left with an abscess. That particular physical symptom has nothing to do with addiction besides the obvious fact that that's the reason they're doing it.
Also I'm pretty sure it would be rather profitable as a drug properly synthesized in a lab considering it's only a little less powerful than heroin.
How does this statement make any sense, at all?
May I offer this image as evidence?
Disclaimer: I did not do any research to figure out if this image is of Bieber or some other idiotic popstar.
+1 Respect for weed, -1 respect for having a taser and not a baseball bat in the bus.
What's wrong with Tasers? I'm sure if you wanna be sadistic then you could cause more pain just by holding the trigger down until the battery or the victim dies. :v:
I wonder how the mother feels about this...
Maybe she can't feel anything anymore swimming in piles of money from her child-star
