Are all these electric cars really going to be more distant efficient than gas cars? And cheaper on power bills?

And of course you'll be having somewhat higher electricity bills, but in all likelihood it'll be quite a bit cheaper than petrol. And by "distant efficient" I assume you mean range. Range will become better as technology improves, but currently gas powered vehicles will have generally better range.
i have a cheap gas moped. Should really get a serious electric one someday tbh

For costs it depends on where you live, in Europe you will save a HUGE amount of money even compared to driving a shitty econ box car. In the US it depends on where you live, the savings aren't as big as Europe but you will save a decent amount in most states. Some states right now it's probably about even on running costs due to cheap gas and expensive electric but as gas prices go back up electric will win out big even in those states.
It sounds so cool when it passes by.
Errr.... sure... It does kinda sound like a hoverbike from a movie.
Nah, Zeros have shit range. They are also expensive as fuck, was looking into them awhile back. I'll probably never have an electric bike sadly. I like to ride long distances and without the ability to instantly refuel I'd get fucked pretty hard. That said, I fucking hate Harley riders and those shitheads on crotch rockets that feel the need to go to a stop light and rev their bike for no fucking reason.
There's a dude living in the same apartment block as me who has a Harley. Every morning during weekdays he starts his bike at like 5:30AM and keeps it running for like 10 minutes while revving every now and then. It sounds like constant explosions and I fucking HATE IT. I always jolt awake an hour before my alarm rings and when he finally leaves I fall asleep for the remaining 50 minutes or so and wake up in an undead state. And I'm hearing impaired AND wear earplugs, so I bet the non-impaired people share my love. It's even better now that I'm on vacation, who doesn't enjoy waking up at 5:30AM every day when you can (more like could) sleep as long as you want?

Not sure about Finland laws though.
