Why don't all the other terrible corporations get the spotlight? I guess because their product is more essential to our conveniences or something that makes their evils negligible.
It makes their evils more difficult to deal with if that company's services are essential. Chicken, however, is not.
I can't seem to find any real statistics at the moment because a Google search yields nothing but conservatives using my same argument all over Facebook. :v: Even if the OPEC argument can't be backed due to my being unable to find any real evidence right now, OPEC can be substituted with any number of other corporations that support anti-gay movements, both in the United States and abroad. My point is why is Chik-Fil-A, out of all the corporations that have intolerant religious roots, being so vehemently harangued? It seems minute in comparison to so many other corporations' terrible actions, but of course all of those issues are just ignored or people simply say "oh nothing can be done about them."
The last 4 pages of arguing has been about people literally not caring about gay people dieing just so they can clog their arteries a bit more. Obv all companies with similar ideas are bad, but this argument are about facepunchers who say they support gays when they really don't.
Why don't all the other terrible corporations get the spotlight?
Why don't all the other terrible corporations get the spotlight? People being apathetic to this situation is why it happens in the first place. "I don't care, I'm eating anyway lol" is such fucking bullshit. By paying for their food, you are in fact supporting Chick Fil-A which funds the organizations that actually take action against gay rights, which is very bad. If you are against homophobia and still choose to pay for their services, you actually help Chick Fil-A do this shit and you should feel bad.
So I was pretty much set on asking this chick out last semester. We had had 3 classes together across two semester and she lived in the same dorm hall that I did. I took too long, and the semester ended. I was still going to try as soon as classes started again. Check on facebook, and she's posting pics from Chick-Fil-A yesterday. Dealbreaker.

So can we lump traditional Christian views with all of the other hateful religions now?
So can we lump traditional Christian views with all of the other hateful religions now?
considering the tradition is the same as all the other hateful traditions, yes. you always could.
It's only a fact! Don't you know? Spending money at a fast food place sucks away your own opinions and thoughts and replaces it with the companies!
i would just like to take this moment to reiterate on how painfully dumb this is

I find a problem with the fact that she would frame a picture of bush, more than whether she's a republican. I like obama but I don't have a framed picture of him.
Damn bro, dodged a bullet there... Can't be letting bitches eat what they like, that's dangerous!!!
no she's there because she supports an agenda that discriminates against a group of people sounds like a perfect reason to not date a girl [editline]2nd August 2012[/editline]
i bought some ice cream from them today it was relatively empty. their ice cream is pretty awesome, guys
thank you for your comment
Damn bro, dodged a bullet there... Can't be letting bitches eat what they like, that's dangerous!!!
Oh I'm sorry, I didn't realize you didn't know what yesterday was. Turns out it people were going to Chick-Fil-A to support the company's views on marriage. Look, I have nothing against my girlfriend having different points of view or disagreeing with me. If I wanted someone to agree with everything that I said, I'd go fuck my bathroom mirror. It's a dealbreaker because it's such an extreme contrast to what I believe in. If she believes in "traditional values," then it is a relationship that will never work out.
i bet they made a killing.
no if you do that you're a cunt it's easy to harp about freedom when it's not happening to you
thisispain, posting a gendered insult? alert the mods, someone has hijacked his account
thisispain, posting a gendered insult? alert the mods, someone has hijacked his account
i was given permission by the LGBT community to post gendered insults
thisispain, posting a gendered insult? alert the mods, someone has hijacked his account
Cunt is not a gendered insult what country do you come from
Publicly?
Yeah dude. Christianity was pretty fucking reviled throughout all of US History up until the Red Scare and the religious revival. All this "tradition" Christians talk about, did you ever notice it only dates back to like the fucking 50's? Ever wonder why they never talk about returning to traditions prior to the 1950's? It's because nobody fucking listened to them before then. Pretty much all of our founding fathers hated the religion openly.
are you serious
Cunt is not a gendered insult what country do you come from
seatbelts, everyone.
