Great computer skills are unfortunately not a job requirement for anyone working in such conditions.
Now wait a minute, I've never said that I don't think it's stupid, but it is the reason why people complain about it.
Then I guess everyone at FP has the potential of becoming excellent IT technichians :keke:
i have used windows 7 for 5 years and it never gave me no trouble so it did.
What?
I have both Apple's snow leopard and Microsoft's windows 7, both suck so stop complaining about it...
"One in seven users also complained that the sleek new "Aero" theme doesn't work. The Aero theme enables users to see through a window to view the desktop or other programs that are open behind it. According to iYogi, most of the 14% of users that have problems with Aero don't have the graphics capabilities on their PCs to handle the program."
Blates people who didn't bother checking the upgrade advisor properly (I mean how hard can you miss it? it tells you to run prior to upgrading ffs. )
I have Windows 7 64 bit installed, on the system page is shows that I have 4 gig RAM installed, but that only 2.4 gig is usable.
I have downloaded all the updates, and I even tried to rearrange some of the memory banks, nothing worked so far :(
Besides that I haven't had any problems with Windows 7.
Damn Microsoft, not making Windows 7 remove all viruses.
:downs:

You missed the part where he said apple
Shouldn't even allow the option to upgrade because of how bad it is :{
Basically, Computer Illiterate people complain about "it not working".
I'm contemplating buying Windows 7. Vista Premium x64 is absolutely awful. I'm really not sure, though. Decisions, decisions...
What's so bad about it?
It's what I have and works alright.
I fear the day I switch OS because one day it will change enough that the next generation will call me computer illiterate and i'll be forced to learn it.
