I know some people with mental trouble and i'm friends with those people, but there's one person who really needs to be put out of his misery. he's mentally retarded, but he's a DICK. he beat the hell out of a cop here, and got off scott free. he also likes to stand in the middle of the street and yell, and even running at cars coming at him.

the problem is there are few laws limiting what officers can do in situations like this. there needs to be strict regulation and procedure, and if there already is, there needs to be strict punishment for not following it.

This has to be the most stupidest and saddest thing I've read on this forum. I support my police force and give them respect. But the officers that were involed in this horried and cowledly attack need to lose their jobs, and need to pay the family compenstation and personaly apologies to the teen and family. I know that there are many police officers that try to do there jobs correctly and joined the police force to help the community (Because you sure as hell wounldn't do it for the pay or "great hours") its just idiots like this that give the rest a bad rap.

Too many cops in America get power trips and look for any excuse to use excessive force. It's disgusting.

If the offending officer isn't punished for this via at least the loss of his job, there's something messed up here. I understand assaulting an officer allows for you to be restrained and possibly roughed up, but beating, tazing, and pepperspraying someone for assumed backtalk? It's violence-first assholes like these that give police a bad name and cause the whole 'fuck the police' mentality folks have nowadays. We shouldn't be fearing the people assigned to help us for crying out loud. EDIT: I see Sanius gave me a dumb too. I assumed it was a 'fuck the police' mentality but tried to assure myself to not jump to conclusions. Then I went back a page. Goddammit.
