So, sure I can see this law being abused. But this is a boarder state we're talking about. Obviously the boarder control is lacking and something has to be done. I encourage you to provide a better solution.
So violating the constitution is fine as long as the situation is really bad How many bad situation units on the Relys scale do we need before we can violate civil rights [editline]09:47PM[/editline]
Whether it's a victimless crime or not is irrelevant, they are illegal.
Sodomy is still illegal in some states should that be enforced too
ITT: BURN THE CONSTITUTION AND TEAR DOWN THE STATUE OF LIBERTY No one seems to pay attention to either on a certain side of the argument, and is HAPPY to violate rights. Do you understand this? You're fucking HAPPY you're violating a humans rights. And for what? Their is no soaring crime rate from illegals, there is no such thing as stealing a job, you just can't handle another race in your country.
Thankfully all those illegal immigrants are paying their taxes and supporting our nation.
Illegal is illegal, all we can do is push to get it legalized
This just in: Gummylamb suggests imprisoning homosexuals because an old unconstitutional law says it's okay to do so
This just in: Gummylamb suggests imprisoning homosexuals because an old unconstitutional law says it's okay to do so
Yes, that's exactly what I said.

What I don't want to handle is people who come into our country without paying any attention or respect to our laws and do not pay any taxes.
Yes, that's exactly what I said.
It actually is. I said that sodomy is illegal in some states due to old laws. You said that "illegal is illegal". Earlier, you said that illegal acts must be punishable because they're illegal.
Thankfully all those illegal immigrants are paying their taxes and supporting our nation.
I read somewhere they actually put in more than they take from the system.

Earlier, you said that illegal acts must be punishable because they're illegal.
I don't see how it's hard for you to grasp that illegal things are against the rules, whether it makes sense or not. Also, I doubt anyone can/will punish people for the sodomy law.
I read somewhere they actually put in more than they take from the system.
Ok, it's all cool then.
I read somewhere they actually put in more than they take from the system.
Can you get me a reliable source on that?
I don't see how it's hard for you to grasp that illegal things are against the rules, whether it makes sense or not.
Because some laws are oppressive and illegal. Why can YOU not grasp this? Your authoritarianism is tiring.
I don't see how it's hard for you to grasp that illegal things are against the rules, whether it makes sense or not. Also, I doubt anyone can/will punish people for the sodomy law.
well just because it's illegal doesn't mean it's enforced.
Because some laws are oppressive and illegal. Why can YOU not grasp this? Your authoritarianism is tiring.
Open gun restrictions! Sell alcohol starting at age 12! Legalize heroin and cocaine!
Basically, you think illegal immigration is oppressive
well just because it's illegal doesn't mean it's enforced.
just because it's illegal doesn't mean we should enforce it :2bong:
Open gun restrictions! Sell alcohol starting at age 12! Legalize heroin and cocaine!
Banning things only makes them more common either way, but legalization is a different argument.
Basically, you think illegal immigration is oppressive
Civil rights violations and racial profiling most definitely are. They're just don't affect you because you're an apathetic privileged white boy.
Basically, you think illegal immigration is oppressive
they think enforcing the law is oppressive, and yet so many of them are socialist :irony:
they think enforcing the law is oppressive, and yet so many of them are socialist :irony:
Enforcing the law isn't the problem, the law itself is. Learn the difference and learn what socialism is.
Banning things only makes them more common either way, but legalization is a different argument.
Wait, what? Banning things makes it easier to get? If you're talking about the "attraction to off-limits things psychology etc" bullshit you're just plain wrong
Civil rights violations and racial profiling most definitely are. They're just don't affect you because you're an empathetical privileged white boy.
You're racial profiling right now. You have no evidence that this poster is white, or in matter a fact a boy. I suggest you don't jump to conclusions you fucking disgusting hate speaking bigot. WHY DON'T YOU JUST GO SHIT ON THE CONSTITUTION!?! :downs:
Wait, what? Banning things makes it easier to get? If you're talking about the "attraction to off-limits things psychology etc" bullshit you're just plain wrong
No, he's saying that in regards to things like drugs and firearms, banning them creates an underground economy - boosting production and supply.
Enforcing the law isn't the problem, the law itself is. Learn the difference and learn what socialism is.
a theory or system of social organization that advocates the vesting of the ownership and control of the means of production and distribution, of capital, land, etc., in the community as a whole. it's one step down from communism and it's about big government controlling big industry, yet enforcing the law is oppressive
You're racial profiling right now. You have no evidence that this poster is white, or in matter a fact a boy. WHY DON'T YOU JUST GO SHIT ON THE CONSTITUTION!?! :downs:
I am not a government entity and am not bound by a constitution.
Wait, what? Banning things makes it easier to get? If you're talking about the "attraction to off-limits things psychology etc" bullshit you're just plain wrong
Ever heard of prohibition? Black markets? The Drug war? No prohibition works, and drugs like coke or heroin most certainly aren't as bad for you as you think they are.

Go learn what democracy is now.
