I didn't realize FP had so many forensic experts.
I don't think you quite understand justice
Obviously that guy needs to get run over by the border patrol guys wife, than shoot her.
That is justice.

Thanks bro, It's good to be here.
what physical evidence? some bullet holes and a dead woman?
The indentation on the windshield and the grouping of the shots tells a hell of a lot more than you think it does.
Sorry if this sounds stupid, but wouldn't a few bullets to the engine block stop the car?
Or have I just been watching too many movies?
Depends on the caliber, 9mm or .40 SW (what they'd most likely be carrying) isn't going to have any major effect.
Also if someone is trying to run you over: you shoot at the driver.

grouping of the shots is meaningless and the indentation might have something to do with the car collapsing around the bullet holes? notice how the entire indentation is centered around his little grouping?

What are you proposing happened then with that statement?
What are you proposing happened then with that statement?
im proposing that saying "clearly he was run over because the windshield is collapsed" is meaningless and stupid

Windshields are supported by a plastic sheet, they don't indent unless you cause a serious impact, a bullet passes through with minimal effect to the windshield.
heck, here is a video with more bullets, and from the inside not outside, less breakage as well.

It barely even moves.

Car collapsing around the bullet holes?
CAR COLLAPSING AROUND THE BULLET HOLES?

And again I ask, what are you proposing happened instead?

ooh wow, i was wrong about the windshields then
And again I ask, what are you proposing happened instead?
this is a dumb question and i'm not going to give you the answer you're looking for. i'm not proposing anything other than the fact that its just as likely the windshield collapsed because of the bullet holes (though not anymore obviously ^). i'm not saying what happened either way, only that assuming one side is telling the truth right now is dumb

Thanks for being mature about your answer, I can see you really put effort into that. I was asking that since you apparently believed that all our theories were wrong based on the window indentation that you say was caused by the bullet holes, and the agent that got hit (which was what we said before), how did you think the woman wasn't at fault from that evidence?

sorry are you like just completely ignoring the latter half of most of my posts because i've made it pretty clear i don't know she wasn't at fault, only that right now both sides make no sense so saying "ah well i trust the cops" is silly. the reason i called your question dumb is because you're probing and trying to get me to flat out say she was innocent. its like asking me if i still verbally assault my family, if i say yes i verbally assault my family and if i say no i used to.

What? It's nothing like that. I was asking because you were arguing against the evidence that the compacted windshield was supporting the polices story, but gave no explanation on how.
I didn't realize FP had so many forensic experts.
Apparently it was the Lucifer. He is to blame but no one else.
So what he was holding onto the hood for dear life while unloading into the windshield?
ok dont get me wrong this is sad and all but holy shit he just literally lived an action movie moment
Smells like justice.

You crossed the border from bad pun into just plain bad.

omfg can't believe i didn't think of that one

Maybe if he had an assault rifle instead of a pistol that was probably loaded with hollow points.
ccording to eye witnesses, the shooting left the mother of five with bullet holes in her face, arms, and chest.
Why is this necessary?
I'm definitely siding with the border patrol officer in this case, I wonder what drove her to attempting to run him over...
I'm definitely siding with the border patrol officer in this case, I wonder what drove her to attempting to run him over...
panic.
Why is this necessary?
Makes it sound like he paniced and fired off everything in the gun, something that makes me think he did get run over, police officers are well trained with using guns in most situations but someone who's been knocked onto the front of the car is going to be shitting themselves and firing all over the place.
Why is this necessary?
You try firing perfectly while hanging on with one hand on the hood of a car. Shoot to kill, you keep shooting until it stops moving.
i don't think she was ever the target of arrest. the video said the agent was in the neighborhood to serve a warrant to someone else, not her
[editline]1st October 2012[/editline]
i know its so whacky that someone would dare question the official story presented by the police which contradicts every eyewitness so far lol :downs:
Uhh what eyewitnesses, you got a link leading to them and what they have to say about this case?
Edit: Nevermind, the video was buried in the source on abc.
give him a break, his wife just got shot and killed
Doesn't give you an excuse to say whether or not someone has the right to live or not.
Now he's clearly distressed, but that's just a silly thing to say. Hopefully after this is investigated further we'll hear a more clear response from him other than 'just shoot the bastard'.
