But I WONT use chemistry later in life, unless I become a chemist
Science class was so EASY. I already knew everything. Most of my learning takes place extra-curricularly. Part of me is glad that the science classes teach us nothing because then no one can compete with my awesomeness, but that's sort of mean.

Shut up and learn stuff, its good to learn about how and why the world works, chemical reactions happen all the time around you, maybe you should stop being so dense and learn about them.
That attitude really does piss me off, if you look at life with an attitude like that then move into a forest somewhere and bang rocks together becuase you have no place in civilised society.
we r all human bengs and deserv to have slumps
We need more paleontology programs!
Main problem at our school? The teachers aren't good enough. I'm in Y10 and a student in my class (his dad is a physics lecturer) has at least APPEARED to know more about physics than some of our teacher during several of our years. I am personally not very interested in science, so I don't really have much more to add. I think teachers in general often suck. Like in Year 6 I had teacher who though Paris was bigger than London.
I don't understand.
I go to a Roman Catholic private high school, where there are Jews, Atheists, Baptists, and Agnostics, yet they teach just about everything relating to science that a normal high school should teach. Evolution, dinosaurs, the fact that the earth is more than a couple thousand years old. Maybe it has to do with the fact that Religon is a seperate class here. Seems to me seperating Religon and Science but not removing Religon pleases everyone. Then again, the Religon teacher believes that gays are not horrible, devil-worshipping people, earth is extremely old, and most of the bible is spirtually meant instead of literally, so maybe it has to do with the adminstration of the school. Oh, and by the way, this in the South. Louisiana, to be exact.
Yeah same here. It seems that ironically the type of school you would expect creationism, does the exact opposite. In fact, our school usually had some of the highest average scores in the state.
