People are finding workarounds by modifying the picture to change the md5 hashes. Resulting in pictures being posted onto the site.

The guy who released this to public is indeed just a dummy. He purchased the photos from an unknown source. I think he even mentioned it somewhere. You gotta be careful when leaking stuff. I doubt that someone, who originally got the stuff, was careful enough to acquire it, but not careful enough sharing and leaving obvious traces like that.
