Prove me wrong. :)
A government taking away the property and rights of it's citizen is a naturally occurring phenomon?
The more you know...
The first known record of codified natural rights comes from John Locke.
Could you have at least picked a less defunct philosophical theory

Did you know that property is also naturally occuring?
There's leopards that set up banks and invest into land.

Take a baby and raise them in a completely isolated environment. When the child grows up, start hitting the now-adult child. Hit them harder and harder with each swing. Do they react in a negative manner, possibly even fighting back?
If so, then the child clearly shows that his/her natural right to life does indeed include the right to self-defense. If not, then the right of self-defense stems from the environment (government) in which he/she was raised.
It's nature versus nurture.

So I'm assuming he was some sort of scientists that discovered the immutable laws of "rights" that are part the natural world, and not just some guy who wrote a book about he he thought things ought to be.

Sometimes ignoring stupidity is the best solution.
As previously stated, nature vs nurture.

What? All that happens is that he gets hit, nothing else. The spirit of John Locke doesn't appear out of thing air to stop me. Nature just goes on indifferent to his suffering.

If it's underfunded, that's kinda implying they need funding.
