that's not clear at all. what's clear is that Iran wants nukes to solidify it's own power and put itself on the same level western first world countries are on. it's trying to be the phenomenon of the third world.
the US won't attack them, and if they do for some dumb reason the farthest russia and china will go is 'see we were right the US is imperialist' which they've already been doing since the collapse of the soviet union. though for china is more a formality, and for russia it's a grudge.
