So if my cat hopped up on my keyboard and accidentally stumbled onto CP, It's Okay?
you're making generalisations and asssumptions stop making generalisations and assumptions
It's a fetish about hurting people, what isn't there to generalize.
Isn't Hentai classed as Child Porn now?
Isn't Hentai classed as Child Porn now?
It is? Oh god, OH GOD! -places magnets on laptop to avoid FBI-
this is good, the same thing that happened to happened to me
I'm reporting you to the FBI you dangerous pedophile! I technically could since this is basically a confession and they could get your IP and this court case only applies in Oregon. I demand you gift me Arma 2.
Isn't Hentai classed as Child Porn now?
hentai meaning lolicon? fuck fuck where is my magnet
I get where you're coming from. However, I feel this option has far too many cons.
be on the internet long enough and you will see cp or at least under 18 even if its not purposely. do you want half of facepunch in jail? Also how is simply viewing it on an image/file sharing site going to hurt a child? Not to mention that most people who simply view cp arnt that bad.
Not that I'm a pedophile, but I used to browse 4Chan quite frequently, and now I'm scared as shit. The idea that the laws can punish people who have done something "wrong" unintentionally is just sad, but not new at all. That's why I applaud this move. Cleaning my hard drive as we speak.
Dude, read my OP.
Its more like a form of pirating. if anything your hurting them and like i said if ti was a file sharign site or image sharing site like megaupload or 4chan then it wouldnt give them any money also since the uploader themselves dont have a money interest.

Also, don't some file hosting sites offer chump change for people uploading if it gets downloads?

I have mixed views of child porn
I wonder how detailed a drawing of 2 children having sex would have to be before being called child porn.
couldn't a person living in Oregon still be arrested and charged by the federal government all that?

However, it also hurts by giving an alternative to the legal option. There is no legal child pornography. We're not hurting them.
hentai meaning lolicon? fuck fuck where is my magnet
Hentai in japanese means pervert.
It's a fetish about hurting people, what isn't there to generalize.
Ridiculous claim. It is a tiny majority of dominant sexual partners who could even dream of hurting someone who isn't consenting. You're acting like everyone who is into kinky sex is a rapist timebomb waiting to go off and that's a retarded assumption. There are plenty of masochistic people out there to satisfy this fetish, even for the tiny amount of people who may not be as concerned about consent. Trust me, you're talking to someone with experience in these matters.
Don't live in australia if you don't want to download simpson porn.
