Do you even lift?! Well, now you don't have to (hopefully)..

Doubt it kid, this isn't how it works.
Say this around any serious bodybuilder and you will get ridiculed to the moon.
Every day is a full body day. Squats every day, bench presses and overhead presses alternating.
EDIT: Not every day. Three days of workout, M-W-F. Lots of rest days for maximum growth.
You should consider splitting it up and then spending more time on each area.
Three days is only a "lot of rest days for maximum growth" if you know, you're actually breaking up muscle groups on workout days.
If not what you're essentially getting is 1 day to 2 days of rest at most, which might not be optimal.
But hey, if it works for you.. it works for you.
this is scary as fuck
tbh it will prob be the reason for the zombie apocalypse once they start fuckin with it
For some reason i was always ridiculously strong.
All i did was sit at home playing video games and eat mcdonalds twice a week like a fat lazy piece of shit. Like, i could lift 2 people at once with ease. So thank you mcdonalds and video games for already doing lifting for me.
It's the same for me. You should work out though, it makes the whole thing even better.
Also you'll look nice.

Also, just to point it out.
"They suggest that artificially raising the protein's levels might someday help prevent muscle loss caused by cancer, prolonged inactivity in hospital patients, and aging."
Freaking awesome.
Probably doesn't help strengthen tendons, same problem as steroids. Bunch of people would probably go hard on the pills and then shred their ligaments apart trying to lift.
and rodents with cancer were much less affected by cachexia
how do you find rodents with cancer? is there some science catalog out there were you can buy cancerous rodents for science experiments? or do you just buy lots of a mice and hope that a few of them take up smoking?
Well, this doesnt remove fat, right? So facepunch would still have to go run a few miles a day and take these pills.
nah just snort some methamphetamine before taking the protein. thats a way better(read: easier) idea than running a few miles a day.

It's too bad we have a culture adverse to any drugs which aren't pharmaceutical or one of the few acceptable recreational drugs.
I think a lot more people should consider experimenting with nootropics and physiological enhancers.
Not that I'm advocating methamphetamine.

seriously though have you actually tried any nootropics? i have heard about them(primarily from joe rogan lol) but i havent actually tried it and it seemed like one of those things that are really overhyped new agey not scientific baloney

A lot of them don't amount to much more than snake oils.
However, if you filter your way through some of the discourse (fuck Joe Rogan) you can actually find some pretty useful drugs.
Piracetam seems to be the most well established and popular, other than of course popular vitamins and like fish oil.
[editline]7th December 2012[/editline]
And there's always weed which is most definitely not a nootropic but seems to have some major benefits at least creatively for me.
But I suppose my personal experience with it doesn't really prove anything.
[editline]7th December 2012[/editline]
God damn it, I sound like Joe Rogan.
"Eloquence spins off my tongue in real-time without even an inkling of what I am trying to say, I spin webs of worded logic which grasp listener's attention. I stumble on inspiration in mid-sentence as if by mistake, and turn it into a humorous satori in a business meeting. It's been great, my verbal mechanisms are in full-throttle and I've been more enthusiastic about my work. I've only tried it on amazon at Aniracetam Bulk Powder 30 Grams, but since switching to this stuff it has had a noticeable effect on me, it really does pack a punch. "
- Amazon review
holy shit piracetam has some good marketers.
[editline]7th December 2012[/editline]
actually its a review for aniracetam on a piracetam page wtf
Aniracetam is like piracetam's big brother.
Much more potent.

If this sounds cool to anyone (drugs are bad m'kay), keep in mind that drugs such as these are mind altering and the complete effects aren't often entirely known.
I know that a lot of people aren't too fond with playing with nature. Truth is we do it all the time though.
One could say you'd get ripped.

bit of a miss there chum

are you implying that review wasn't complete hogwash?
whenever i see someone saying things like "my verbal mechanisms are in full-throttle" i generally have the kneejerk reaction of asking "how much did this guy get paid to write this?"

Sounds like he's over-exaggerating, paid, or having a placebo effect. Piracetam definitely has pretty substantial effects for me though. Although, I only use drugs occasionally.
I consider myself to be a pretty impartial person

It's like the kid who takes one hit off the blunt and is instantly hallucinating.
Just because he's making shit up doesn't mean the drug is complete hogwash.
I'll stick to my normal routine thanks

Sounds good bro, I'm not trying to sell you on any drugs.
I just wish they were a lot more acceptable.

yea i figured as much. i always sort of want to believe those reviews, even though the rational part of my mind knows that it's probably bs.
i'll see about trying that shit out though, seems at least somewhat legit with some clinical studies to back it up.
People make up bullshit about anything and everything.
The amount of shit I heard and believed about marijuana and alcohol before I first tried them is astounding.

people always told me that if you took ecstacy or cocaine there was a 1/4 chance your heart would just stop beating
fuck them i'm still around
Bane's venom drug.
You would still have to lift weights for this to work. It's not much different than a "super-steroid" without the side effects. You'd still need to have a good diet and all of that in order for it to work properly.
If you're elderly or if you have one of any number of diseases though, this could be a god-send.
witty yet completely irrelevant. the effect of aspirin doesn't stack.
And what makes you think this one does?
