people advocating her death lmao what the fuck, you do realize shes a human right
she had me fooled
the only person defending her in this thread is a saudi lol [editline]3rd October 2016[/editline]
people advocating her death lmao what the fuck, you do realize shes a human right
what about the person she said should be killed? that was a person too.
Turns out a lot of rich Saudis do the same thing, but with more horrific results. No, it's always a group. Husband and wife, co workers, anyone near by. Brutally torturing the servants is just a family activity or coorporate bonding experience. This stuff is just ok to do, and it's just a thing that happens. This isn't an individual being fucked up beyond articulation, it's a culture that's fucked up beyond articulation.
people advocating her death lmao what the fuck, you do realize shes a human right
what does that change.
I can only hope that one day these actions are a catalyst for diplomatic immunity reforms. It has its uses, but actions like this and the things from that reddit post show the horrible abuses of that system. Being important in another country shouldnt let you get away with murder.
Cartoon villains don't usually rape and murder
Cartoon villains do murder or at least try to quite a lot.
brouagghh string up the cunt fucking gut her in public and sell her disembodied organnss broaoaaaghgh christ, you people. im not saying she should elude justice but why does it go from "just arrest the fucker regardless" to "STRING EM UP IN PUBLIC!!!!!! These barbarians, these royals, literally get away with rape, murder, slavery and kidnapping even back in Saudi Arabia. Having lived there for six years, and having a father who worked as an editor for a State-controlled paper there (Riyadh Daily), I should know. But when they get out into the world at large, when these sacks of shit start treating citizens of other countries with the same attitude they use on their slaves at home, and when because of diplomatic immunity even our governments won't touch them? When they refuse to obey our laws? I'm all for the lynch mobs.
Imagine dying over a fucking snapchat.

I like our royal family but I don't think they ever should get diplomatic immunity unless they were on a diplomatic mission beforehand. This isn't acceptable. I would want them to take responsibility in this case. Obviously, this isn't our royal family. It's just another reason to dislike the Saudi one.
When, and only when the law won't touch certain criminals, I'm all for vigilante justice. The reason we usually oppose vigilante justice is because a government's job is to protect people, to put dangerous criminals away where they won't harm anyone. It is not for people to take the law into their own hands when courts have yet to have their say. When the person's never going to be charged and is for all intents and purposes above the law, however? Different story. String 'em up.
They have diplomatic immunity so what a host country can do is limited. Generally speaking eviction is pretty high, petitioning the granting country to release the diplomat from immunity (like that will happen) and allow the harmed party to gi trough a civil court. The diplomatic system does exist for a reason. The fact a few individuals abuse it isn't a detractor. There is an option though - if the global community pushes for nonrecognition of Saudi "Diplomats", the effect will be evident.

Only problem is this gives them a period to leave before they can be tried or imprisoned

How does your father working for a state owned newspaper change anything? Do you know how much of a clusterfuck that would be if word got out about that? also, diplomatic immunity is a clusterfuck as well, and they should seriously fix it EDIT: also, Riyadh daily disbanded nearly 11 years ago, so apparently your dad worked here in saudi arabia back when it was still 50 percent desert? also, why would your dad, who im guessing is canadian, move to RIYADH SAUDI ARABIA as a editor for a arabic newspaper which is released in arabic???

I am not fully clued up on diplomatic rights etc, but can France ban her from entering the country again?
I am not fully clued up on diplomatic rights etc, but can France ban her from entering the country again?
They can declare her persona non grata, which basically means "we do not want you in this country". She would then be unable to enter France again, and would likely be called back to KSA. In the event that she did remain past a deadline, France could then state that they do not recognise her as a member of the Saudi diplomatic mission, which then leads to her being open to arrest e.t.c. Declaring her persona non grata is pretty much the most serious thing they could do legally, but it can be done for no reason at all, so they can definitely do it. It's a common thing to do when you are suspecting a diplomat of espionage, just kick them out. Or for childish refusal e.g. country A kicks B's ambassador out, so B kicks A's out to show their displeasure.
Aren't the Saudis just lovely people? Aren't you glad we're fuckbuddies?
well your "royal" family has no powers whatsoever so it's not comparable at all with this situation lol
Feel free to explain it, because committing a crime is still a crime. With or without powers.
Aren't the Saudis just lovely people? Aren't you glad we're fuckbuddies?
Want to be fuckbuddies?
Feel free to explain it, because committing a crime is still a crime. With or without powers.
unlike saudi princesses, swedish princesses would be so fucked if they even remotely tried to abuse people
Send Danny Glover in to revoke that shit
IT'S JUST BEEN REVOKED
unlike saudi princesses, swedish princesses would be so fucked if they even remotely tried to abuse people
Great, that was my point. I don't want special treatment for my own royal house, which I like. Therefore, no one should be exempt from taking responsibility.
Unfortunately oil money means Saudi royalty is basically world royalty. For all intents and purposes they're basically the international royal family and are untouchable.
This is why the world needs to get the F off of gas and oil and start using cleaner fuels. Take the power away from these "royals" and they will no longer have any power over us will they? They'll just be another part of the middle east shithole.
Back at the Dark Age when Islamic countries are still in power, one of the main factor of their downfalp is the racism and prejudices of Arabs race towards other races. In ther olden times, Arabs were known as barbarians. Most of them make a profession as highway robber. It's not a weird things to openly tell the other person that youre working as a robber. Kings in the other hand are different monsters. They based the foundation of their institution from lies and talltales. They make themselves as literal god, and treat others as dirt. Now imagine all that legacy carries on into our precious princess here
