Woman Arrested for Recording 4 Minutes of "New Moon" - Polidicks

If the movie was other than Twilight, Facepunch would be going insane over this. It is ridiculous to arrest and charge a person for inadvertently recording such short parts of a movie while trying to record a surprise party. The law was made to stop bootleggers for fuck's sake, she had no intention of distributing the movie. I really think that there should be a strike based system for this. If you get caught once, you get your camera taken until the end of the movie (tape destroyed). If you get caught again, THEN they start punishing for it.
