I doubt it will be Resident Evil for the consoles. It's more of an action game.

You're the one scaring other people. It would make sense if you played as a passenger or a crew member of the ship. But I could guess maybe it isn't going to be gameplay what will make the game scary...

Not exactly the same but pretty close. The main problem with a sub is that submarines are really, really cramped- not much room to do anything.
