i saw they were re-routing power so that the systems powered by this cell don't go down when it does run out of coolant, also apparently this is one of 12 or so things that astronauts are trained to do before going to the station, apparently there are like 12 things that can go wrong

I didn't realize they had spares for such big pieces of equipment on the ISS.
its not a big piece, its a pipe and they've known its been leaking for years its just been only recently that they have a leak big enough to spot [editline]11th May 2013[/editline] oh hey guess they are replacing it now

It is a "PFCS".
