Not really. My uncle been smoking 2 packs a day ever since I can remember, for like 10 years now. Though he didn't start smoking as a toddler...
well the thing is that the little boy is.. well.. little. his lungs and ect. are still developing, and as they are developing, they are being infused with tar, which is not good for baby, developing lungs.

I only (I use that term relatively) smoke 20 a day and my lungs are already going to shit; that kid is going to die, very, very soon.
On the other hand, I'm interested in knowing how the detrimental effect nicotine has on blood pressure will affect a growing toddler, though.
