Well, actually, scientists can use the debris trail to learn more stuff about comets since we can now see what ISON was made of.
But no, there will be no illumination from it and you won't be able to see it in the night sky.

So how big is it now? Half its original size?
If it's only a small fragment does that mean it won't be visible to the naked eye?
It's most likely just a trail of debris that will fall apart and fade out over a couple of days.

Right now, nobody really knows.
And how bright it will be is even more of a mystery.
There's a lot of unknowns at right now, if a part of the nucleus did indeed survive we might see it, and we might not.
What we do know is that there is a lot to learn from this, which is [B]awesome[/B], because I don't think a lot of people expected it to survive after it appeared to break up, and science is a lot about finding unexpected things and trying to figure out why it did what it did, so this is actually really cool.
