If they had a plan I'd actually be slightly OK with the idea like, ok, you think you can do better, lets have a try. You have a plan so put it in motion. but the fact that they're quite literally wanting to tear it out rather than work on a solution just shows that (the currently in power) Republicans would rather practically kill half the country than cooperate on a meaningful level
