Buy a .22 WMR rifle and some snake-shot, drywall patching
Shoot every stinkbug you see
problem solved!
These things are fucking annoying. In Douglassville, PA. They are all over the damn place.
I've seen them a few times here in England, under the name "Shield Bug". It surprises me sometimes how I can find and study an unusual invertebrate, and find that it is potentially invasive and widely disliked in some countries.
You guys are just okay with these things everywhere? I don't know what it's like, so I can't imagine, but I fucking hate insects.
They usually just walk on or fly their merry way before you even notice them. Most of the ones on my walls around the house don't bother me because they're never in your food or cabinets or bed or anything.
Only thing I hate about them is that they especially like to swarm around my front door so whenever I open it I feel a stinkbug under the handle and jump back and I always look stupid around my friends.
I found one in the shower yesterday.
The drain took care of it, though. :v:
I honestly don't mind Stinkbugs. I think they're pretty funny.
The only thing I hate about when Stinkbugs are around is the 95% increased chance of my mom or sister scaring the crap out of me by screaming at random.
There were so many in my area, haven't seen many yet but I saw my first one yesterday. I plan on hiding in my stinkbug shelter for the oncoming invasion.
We get something like this with ladybirds in Ontario. Things used to fill up the foyer and shit reeking goop whenever they were molested. At least they're native.
Those pieces of shit are so annoying especially when they fly into a lamp and get stuck, that buzzing gives me the shivers.
I can confirm this infestation. They are fucking everywhere.
I have a friend in Maryland who has confirmed that they are SWARMING HIM ALIVE
There are more stink bugs than a nest of yellowjackets around my house at the moment.
I think they're planning an attack!
Be grateful you don't get plagued by midges like we often do here in the UK.
The crane flies in the autumn are just as annoying, mainly because they can't fly for shit either and keep me up at the night bouncing the walls in my bedroom.
I also get a load of spiders in my room, but they generally hang out on the ceiling and trap annoyances, so I'm happy with them lodging up there.
This just in, a stinkbug invasion of the middle east north america has had catastrophic results.
One interviewee had this to say:
"I step on one, it stunk"
I quite like the little buggers, I always play with them when I see em.
Still freaks the hell out of me when they suddenly take off near your ears though.
Happens every winter. Not really news. My cat seems to be immune to them and eats them all anyways so I don't see many.
This is news? They've been swarming my area for months. Little shits can't even fly, you constantly hear them THUNK off of the walls.
Wait, THAT'S what that noise is? I thought it was just a nut or something falling from a tree! I hear em' every few minutes or so. Least the cold weather'll kill them off soon.
I'm getting some of those in my area of California.
I hate it when I get out of the shower on a dark morning and I'm drying myself off and I nearly shit myself when the thing pops out of nowhere and slams itself into the little light above my toilet.
Fucking shits.
imagine if you got out of the shower and then shit your self because of it
then you would have to shower again
They were pretty bad in our dorms in New Jersey last year. I'm in an apartment now and I haven't seen any.
thankfully i'm in brazil so we only get blood sucking tarantulas and payload dropping multi-colored moths. i hate stinkbugs.
This smells like trouble.
Aw, I thought it was these guys.

So far, I have twice ran over a stink bug with my desk chair and have been totally driven mad by the smell, only to feel "crumbs" every so often on the carpet when I drag my feet. Fuck.
We have a similar problem on the pacific northwest too.
I think the best solution would be to put these porch lights everywhere.

For some reason, stinkbugs and moths are able to get into the damn things and can't get out.
The fuckers are divebombing my face
I keep throwing them out the window but they keep coming back
These things are everywhere, today there was about 15 of them on my backdoor. There's always at least one or two in every room of my house. 2010 was a lot worse, however.
This is just a small view, imagine this x100 out of the frame

Here in Northeast Ohio I've seen more of them than I usually see but that's nothing considerable.
They just want to be warm, won't you let them be warm?
Delaware has been infested with them for years.
