Everything the digital article sources is from a self-declared "Iranian Christian" website which harps on injustices, which are sometimes exaggerated or fabricated for effect. Likewise the source just mentioned another site, which doesn't yield anything, nor do searches elsewhere on this particular parliament member. Not really finding reliable sites on this at all beyond right wing blogs and islamophobes reposting this, and the subreddit with this story. Honestly while I'm aware of child marriages, Iran isn't usually one of the countries that are considered "hotspots" for it, so from that alone it doesn't really make sense.
