You know what would be completely out of the blue?-Murder.
Natural selection. But her music wasn't bad. Too bad she died.
Perhaps she should have gone to rehab after all.
'They tried to make me go to rehab, I shoulda said yes yes yesss!'
Looks like Valerie won't be coming over again :(
but they have talent, especially Jimi.
Amy Winehouse was one of the most talented singers of the past few years, it's just incredibly sad that drugs ended up getting in the way of it all.
It's just a shame she didn't listen to people when they told her to stop
Yep, although for a drug addict it isn't always that straight forward.
Thanks for clearing that one up, BBC.
"i been found dead" Either that reporter is in trouble, or that's a cock-up.
The wiki article on the 27 club actually says she died of a cocaine overdose, someone is keen
Yep, although for a drug addict it isn't always that straight forward.
If she was actually taking measures to try and stop I'd be a bit more sympathetic and sad, but instead she just disregarded all the help people tried to give her and this is what happened.
Another victim of this music industry..... Illuminati niggas.............
What the fuck is up with this year? There's so much death and chaos and tragedy, it's ridiculous. You've got earthquakes, tsunamis, volcanos, revolutions, deaths, bombings, shootings, mass murder, and so much else
27 years? That's not much.
It's a shame she died, she did have a great voice but it was bound to happen from her heavy drug use. It's kind of sad to think that drugs can destroy people so easily.
Oh boy.
Kurt Cobain, Jimi Hendrix and Jim Morrison now have some company in heaven in this very illustrious 27 club. Her body is dead but her soul isn't. Rock on!
Amy Winehouse was one of the most talented singers of the past few years, it's just incredibly sad that drugs ended up getting in the way of it all.
What worth is this talent when she wrecks herself to a state where she couldn't perform anymore?
Kids? Don't do drugs. I feel that needs to be said right now.
Kurt Cobain, Jimi Hendrix and Jim Morrison now have some company in heaven in this very illustrious 27 club. Her body is dead but her soul isn't. Rock on!
What about Michael Jackson?
It's sad to hear of anyone dying, but it isn't very surprising with the way she lived her life.
http://www.whenwillamywinehousedie.com/ I think I guessed this back in 2008 to fall in 2009 some time. Oh well, no iPod touch for me.
Good, shame the talent went to waste though.
Pisses me off to see people making jokes about this. No matter who, a death is a death, and just because she died of overdose it gives us the right to make fun of it? She was a known heroin addict, and in case you don't know, it's one fucking awful drug. I've had direct contact with those addicts, and it's the kind of shit that makes you want to just get as far away from there as you can as soon as possible. It breaks your heart. She was a very talented singer and damn, so young. Her death trully saddens me, as would any other under the same circunstances. Try and show some fucking respect to someone who just died. If you find it hard to do so, just imagine how it would feel to have people mocking the death of someone you care about.
If the person I knew was a self destructive idiot who refused help from everyone then I wouldn't have much sympathy for them any way.
What about Michael Jackson?
Michael died at 50, not 27.
Michael died at 50, not 27.
:downs:
If the person I knew was a self destructive idiot who refused help from everyone then I wouldn't have much sympathy for them any way.
Drug addiction really isn't that easy. Alot of drug addicts don't wish to be addicted. It's incredibly hard to get off heroin or crack and even alcohol.
Drug addiction really isn't that easy. Alot of drug addicts don't wish to be addicted. It's incredibly hard to get off heroin or crack and even alcohol.
Yeah but she wasn't even trying to stop
I'm 21. I have enough time yet to become an influential musician and then die at 27.
She had a great voice rest in peace
Totally deserved it, but still sad.
How does anybody "deserve" it?
