Legally, he committed misdemeanor assault. She refused to cheer for him. The school told her to cheer for him or get out. She sued them, lost because it was frivolous and she had no restraining order or any legal basis for claiming he even raped her for this case.

The kid was trying to be romantic with some chick and he got a huge cock block by the administration.

On that note, even while I said earlier that prom sucks, after-prom was pretty awesome. I won $600 from it :c00l: It was gambling themed at the local rec center and they had a ton of stuff there. My and my date played all sorts of gambling games for "tickets" which we could deposit into a money drawing or a prize pool. All the prizes sucked so I just threw all my 150+ tickets into the money drawing and won the $500 drawing and one of the $100 drawings (which I gave to my date, since she was my partner in crime).

This is ridiculous. Why would they ban him. He was just asking the girl to prom.

Prom, its called the right of passage...just like teen driving. Still this sucks donkey balls for the guy who was just being creative.

I've seen a friend of mine getting hit by a teacher for opening a window and then getting suspended. This is just as stupid.

If this woman REALLY had a case it wouldn't be dismissed in two courts and she wouldn't have been slapped with a fine for a frivolous lawsuit One time a bride we were doing a wedding for canceled on us because she didn't agree with the price 2 days before the wedding AFTER she signed a contract agreeing to that price. According to that contract she owed us 50% of the agreed price because she needed to give us a certain amount of time (I forget how long it is, I don't do shit with the contracts). What'd she do? She went to '5 on Your Side' or whatever the fuck it was called, and they ended up coming to our house several times pretty much harassing us after we told them we had no statement to give other than she signed a contract and we were still at a loss because we had already bought almost all of the food. What did they print? That we forced them to have a low scale wedding after her husband-to-be was fired from his job (he worked 2 jobs and quit one because he was making enough from the first one. That's what the guy TOLD me when we were talking about a week before they canceled) and they had to get a cheap cake from the supermarket instead of a wedding cake.

Prom was definitely one of my favorite moments of high school and not letting a kid go because of this? Fuck you.
