Again, horseshit. Got proof? The stuff you're spouting is borderline stormfront material. Realize it or not, you're claiming that Indians aren't as intelligent as other people - Or that they're some sort of hivemind. Get out more. Meet and talk to the people you're generalizing. Pseudo-scientific nonsense doesn't impress anyone.
Yeah take your unjustified indignation elsewhere. If anything as far as I can tell he is talking about his own country Malaysia and he very clearly is talking about his own experiences and thoughts. Whether they are valid for everyone or not is completely beside the point. I really cannot see anything approaching Stormfront material. There is no pseudo-science in his post. Using words like subconscious or strata does not make it so. Talking about the cultural effects of imperialism and colonialism does not equate with calling people less intelligent. Or are you a person who goes around saying "segregation ended years ago, it is insulting to black people to assume it still has an effect". You have used anecdotal evidence to prove your point in this thread yourself. Give your own personal experience as a comparison to his post too if you really want to.
I'm apologize for giving the impression of 'insults' that was perceived by Archangel. I was giving example from my experience, because like India, Malaysia is also a country that was colonialized by British, and it has sizeable amount of Indian population. And the effect that I described was not exclusive for Indian, but other races that were present too. I never even implicitly imply that Indian were less intelligent. It's hard to obtain 'hard' evidence regarding the post-colonial public leftover opinion/reveration towards British, because such study will not have much tangible use for any practical usage aside from pure academic curiosity, so most likely the researcher would not receive grants for it, not to mention its a sensitive topic. Most research on the effect of colonialism were about other aspect rather than psychology, which have more relevance with a country's rebuilding. So, public accounts of their experience is all we can use regarding this topic.
