There isn't any concrete source on this to confirm that its true, yes there are holding a press conference at gamescom but the price drop is just hearsay.

All I see is a company that listens to numbers and one that listens to customers. I don't think there's any arguing that. Sony just had the right idea(listening) and Microsoft noticed the PS4 was drastically outselling the xbox. They then proceeded to backpeddle into yesteryear and pretend that everyone would just turn a blind eye.

I'm not going with the xbox ever again, why? I'm tired of being gouged of my money through ridiculous subscriptions and more advertising then i've ever seen. Yes I know the PS4 has a subscription as well but at least its a bit cheaper and, judging from what ive seen, they wont shove a UI that is 99% ads down my throat. Finally, I still don't feel very comfortable about the always-on kinect, nor do I need/want any of its features. Oh and there are barely any exclusives anymore, and if there is, I don't really care about them (was bored with the last dead rising so there goes that), so why wouldn't I get the more powerful console, without kinect, for the same price?
