Just make sure you get a Nokia though, because Nokia is pretty much the only hardware manufact that is putting all in for WP8, including great apps It's kind of like a hybrid between the walled garden of iOS and the crazy jungle of Android. The hubs are great (i.e. facebook, contacts, etc are all integrated into one hub where you get all your updates, information, etc), the app quality IMO is much nicer and more consistent than what I've used on Android, etc. There is only one app that I don't have on WP8 that I had on Android and wish I had which is Pandora. But that's coming later this year, and in the mean time Nokia Music serves a similar purpose, but without ads and with unlimited skips (still not as good as pandora though, just because you can't downvote songs). Also check out this sexy app I just got today: [media]http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=bgMb5pfpnNo[/media] Basically turns your phone camera into a DLSR on the cheap. Considering the 920 has one of the best phone cameras on the market you can get some sexy-ass photos out of it.

I've got the Galaxy Note SII, at first I was worried about the size, but you tend to get used to it. It still fits in my pockets, just don't wear skinny jeans.

The only thing the nexus 7 lacks is the ability to make voice calls IMO i would totally use it for everything instead of a smartphone if I could make voice calls with it
