The year 2060 maybe.
First off, we need absolute space travel that can made shuttles speed off to a nearby planet without crashing into mars or jupiter or any planet in the solar system. If drastic mesaures, we need mostly food,water, etc to last the journey. Human volunteers may need to freeze ourselves for 10 years or so, until we reach a properable destination that is earth like and breathable. But of course, the only people that would be going is United Nations, political figures, all the other shitty people we don't need. We must form a new government, and kick the Navi off the planet. :p
