Hormonal Therapy, psychotherapy, real life experience, couple of letters and surgery depending on your opinion of it. Most MtFs I see change drastically, you can't even tell they were originally guys, this is a good example:

According to Metanar in that one closed thread if you pay for everything private, you're looking at about 30, 000 pounds. Fortunately there's a slim chance that I can get it covered here, thanks health care/health insurance :dance:

Oh I can tell where this is going.
Allow it to be said that one must have verbal communication or the prosthetic phallus must have been visible for her to get slightly reprimanded for it.
I do understand why she was fired, it was not really about her decision but how she handled the situation concerning her wearing a prosthetic phallus to work, one must know that work, no matter what it is you do, or rank must have a proffessional outlook towards it and withhold conversations and antics concerning behaviours that society considers crude.
The woman was in the wrong for coming to work and deciding to tell everyone she's wearing a fake phallus, it is considered sexual harrassment and so when one of the seven went to her supervisor to complain about said harrassment they took considerate action and fired her, it was gross misconduct on her part.
No man goes into a workplace and expects to talk about how big/deformed his (fake) phallus is to his co-workers and thinks that he can get away without any form of harrassment, she specifically has been chosen due to her actions by the company as a symbol to everyone, man or woman alike. That no one should consider talking about their phallus anyway.
TL;DR It's fucking stupid to go into a workplace and talk with people (No matter how trusted they are to you) about your fake prosthetic phallus, not gender reassignment. This is the reason why she got fired, for gross misconduct, not for contemplating becoming a man, and if she has been fired for the reason of contemplating a man instead of a phallus, the corporation is in the wrong.
