They're literally just calling states that are basically guaranteed to go Republican. And many states have basically no reporting in yet. Kentucky has the most last I saw.
Fuck my state.
Fox should be prescribed in small doses.
Not small, maybe actual news. The whole conservative bullshit should be nonexistent in small doses.
30 seconds until a shitstorm of new results!
Uh, they're gonna need a little more than 30 seconds to count all of them votes :v:
holy SHIT calling so many for OBAMA!
here we go! flordia is still leading with a even bigger lead! almost 84 thousand votes
Why is S.C. red on the NY Times map when its 58% for obama?
I tried explaining obama is bacially hoover 2.0. The shit from the previous president plops in his lap and hes expected to find a way to fix it in 4 years. When he cant do it in 4 years hes a massive failure.

holy shit is obama winning ohio AND florida?
That isn't trickle down and he's right. In a market economy business taxes should be significantly lower, especially in a recession. Higher taxes on businesses and corporations translate to higher prices for goods and services.
The goal isn't to nessicarily overtax the business itself, but to tax major trans-national corporations and the wealthy elite higher than the poorer/middle class. This has several positive benefits: 1. The rich get taxed more, which means more money ends up the the government's coffers compaired to not taxing the rich more and instead just taxing everyone equally. 2. The rich can easily afford to pay more in taxes, and their buying power and their economic value isn't deminished signifigantly from it. 3. The main drivers of the economy are the consumers. The biggest consumers in the nation are going to be the poor and middle class, simply because they comprismise the vast majority of the actual population, and they are the general target audience for most products and services released. If you give them more money to work with (lower taxes), then they will be able to better drive the economy, have more power in driving the economy, and as such cause businesses to make more money due to the fact that the consumers that GIVE them money have more money to give. Moral of the story: the most powerful people in a capitalist economic circle are the consumers, since they dictacte who gets their money. The downside to this? If business isn't competative or relevant for consumers, they will suffer more than if they had tax breaks themselves. Up until the regan administration we had a demand-side economy - in that the tax breaks and economic stimulous were given to the consumers, in order to increase demand - which increases spending, which recovers the economy in periods of reccession (which are "naturally occuring" aspects of a capitalist economy). Regan decided to do full retard and turn things into a supply-side economy, or "trickle down economics", in that corporations were given more and more tax breaks and more stimulous, in the thought that would create more jobs, which stimulates the economy. The problem? Globalization happened. Companies are not obligated to stick around in the US anymore, only sell to them - because now there are bigger fish out there.Companies getting tax breaks means that instead of giving more jobs, they just move jobs off-shore because its cheaper to do that, AND get tax breaks at the same time. It also had the issue of the super rich just getting richer from this, and as such economies never really recover smoothly from a depression, as that simply encourages companies to invest in other areas or save their money. And of course we aren't even getting into the fact that the super rich that get tax breaks have had a verifiable history of just taking the extra money and running off with it to fend for themselves.
Why is S.C. red on the NY Times map when its 58% for obama?
They don't have results from all the precincts, and the ones that have reported so far lean more Democratic on average.
what site are all you looking at? the ones i see are really far behind it seems
